How's it going, Michael? You've been pretty quiet on the forums lately. Hope all is well!

Oh that's what everyone keeps telling me!! I don't know... 2.5 hours in the chair and it hurt like a MF!!! I was swearing like a sailor, sweating, boiling hot, super tensed and flexed here and there, breathing like I was in labor (or so I can imagine), and burned through my breakfast and my IB pills in no time! Do you have any? I can't remember. I think you do. Augh! Momnesia strikes again!!!!!!

Aww, thanks Michael!!! Hey a few of us are going to ride around this area Saturday morning. Are you game or is your bike still acting up? We're not able to participate in the long ride so we just wanted to get some miles in around this area.

Bike night at the pond? lol Where is that? Actually, hubby still needs to get to the dmv to take his tests (been busy working/traveling) but he knows how to ride. I take the msf course this weekend (15-17th). Please pray for nice weather as it's supposed to RAIN on Saturday during the on-the-bike training. BOO!!!! We just bought the bikes in mid-July.
