It looks very nice!!! What is the red thing on the front of your seat? I love the floorboards. I did the chrome on the dash and the bumper, also. What are your pipes?

IHP; Think the 'red thing' on the front of Jimmer's seat is a bungy cord. Correcr me if I'm wrong.

Finally pictures! I put chrome (1/4") wheel stripping around the bottom lid of tour pak and across the bottom of trunk (instead of a bumper)...breaks up the color a tad.

Joanne, thanks for the kind words!

My wife says that the “red thing” on the seat looks like a “testicular strap” and wants me to remove it but it actually has a practical purpose! I use this quick release bungee cord to hold down the front of a large white towel when I park in our 100+ degree heat. I flip down
the Mustang Driver Backrest to hold the rear of the towel.

The pipes are Vance and Hines 2” Oval Slip-ons.

I posted some more pic’s…

0140jpg = Tour-Pack “Side Wall” Organizer

It's beautiful! Thank you for the pictures. Do you like the mustang seat better? Did it change the reach of the controls?
Has anyone figured out a good cup/water bottle holder for the Tri Glides?

This is the third bike I had with a Mustang Seat and yes I find it much more comfortable. I have found that as they age (1,000 miles) they actually become more comfortable!

As far as being closer to the controls; I don’t know if it is the seat that pushed me up or the driver backrest or a combination of the two but yes, I am closer and feel like I’m in a safe, comfortable control position. I highly recommend the driver backrest; almost too relaxing!

I have my bottle holder mounted on the left handle bar; it is convenient, doesn’t interfere with anything and because it is chrome, it blends in and (I think?) looks good!

Ha-ha-ha!! I have several of those bungy cords Joanne, but I don't use them like Jim does (don't have those pesky attachments and I'm not talking about white towels).
