Cozy or Inder make sidecars that fit pretty well on most Harley Davidsons with the Universal Mounting Kit. I would recommend using the universal upper mounts, however, I found it best to fabricate your lower mounts. They will fit better. I put this hack on my wife's sportster and it rides like a dream with both of us playing around town.
Best of luck!!

My 05 FLHTCI had to be prepped first so the 1999 TLE would fit. I had to remove the entire exhaust just to mount the passenger rear floor board bracket and also replace the stock short clutch cable with a longer cable because the longer one is routed different. Change the oil sending unit into a 90 degree position, remove the brake reservoir and relocate it between the tubes, replace tall foot brake pedal with a short pedal and hook up a "T" fitting for the brake line at the brake switch underneath behind right passenger floor board. IF I ever wanted to remove the Car it could be done and all I would have to do is cap off the brake line at the "T". All this cost me less than $350. The Car I paid less than $4200.

Lots of choices available but make sure it is set up right. Makes all the difference in the world.
