Here's an idea. What if everyone reading this post sent an email to the company through their website and complained about how poor their service is? Still no helmet. They have promised the helmet and a refund on a number of occasions, still nothing on those promises. It's been over a year, can't imagine I will ever see my refund but can always hope. Just a warning to others, DO NOT deal with www.nexlsports.com.
