Sergeant, United States Army, 1976-1980 Wheel and Track Vehicle Mechanic. Fort Campbell, Ky for two years, Wharton Barracks, Heilbronn, Germany for two years. Jr.
USN 1949-1968 RDC & ETCS - Destroyerman primarily although had a short bird farm experience. Pearl H, Med & Carib; two shore tours, NAS Corpus Christie and Dam Neck. My early DD's were WWII survivors (Fletcher and Sumner/Gearing classes), later CF Adams DDG's. Had I not joined navy in '49 I'd probably had Korean mud to contend with.
My praise and respect for those, past and currently, in harm's way... thank you for your service.
