can any give me info on how to lock this post up, everytime someone puts a new post i get an email, needless to say its filled up quick the past 2 days.
So i went to the dealer to talk to them, beacuse I am an honest person and wanted to do the right thing. I explained to them several times that I felt as though it was their mistake, not mine, and i should not have to pay. They tried a few times to hardball me and tell me I had no choice but to pay. I talked to the manager of the serive dept then the manager of the entire store, and we finally came to the conclusion that I did not have to pay anything and the whole thing is over with. Thank you all for your input, I seen a lot of different opinions on here on quite a bit of discussion. Im glad I got this issue resolved. I dont think I will be going back to Southside Harley Davidson anytime soon though, lucky for me there are a few other dealerships not far from here.
I glad you put this matter to rest and for what it's worth I think you did the appropriate thing.
