it's the religious league!!! The wild west used to be kind of just wide open and rowdy.. They shut that down with laws and hired sheriffs and deputies. They don't want anyone making any noise or having any kind of fun. They shut down the brothels, drugs are now illegal, no speeding, loud pipes, drinking in public, fighting, all the good stuff that used to be legal they keep trying to pass laws to keep us from having fun.
