Shoei X-11 full face helmet all of the time. I had a half helmet for years but I like highway riding and got tired of chewing bugs and dirt (not enough road salt to give them flavor).

made a promise to the woman; a 3/4 w/bubble shield 95% of the time... nothing for a quick joy ride 'round the block.

never wore one much until recently. I'm a firefighter/emt and we went on a call the other day to a motorcycle accident. poor guys front brake locked up and he went down hitting his head on the curb! Guy didn't have a scratch on him. Believe he would have walked away if he had a helmet on. Made myself go buy a 3/4 that weekend.

1/2 helmet during most of the riding season. (Central PA); 3/4 during early colder spring months and 3/4 in Fall riding.

nevermind, I see the 1/2 2/4 has already been discussed.

Perhaps I myself should follow Mr Jackson's advice

^^^^^I love that
