I would do my Tire balance before letting Baltimore Harley balance my tires. Each time they have done it we need to pull the tire off the bike to redo the balance job.

i buy my tires online and use a rim clamp tire machine to change them,easy as a car tire .I do reduce the air pressure on the rim clamps to about 40 psi to protect my spoked rims.then i bring the rim to a local metric dealer(where my wife got her bike) to balance.#1 on what others said about doing a better job yourself then a tire monkey
