It's gonna take alot of wear and tear for the crank to start moving, it seems.
One misplaced downshift is all it takes to shift your crank. One panic stop will do it.
I followed one rebuild that came from running over rough railroad tracks (without pulling in the clutch). Started spitting oil out the breathers right after the RR tracks.
I don't know where mine came from, but I had a 2 year old bike with .009 runout, that wasn't there when I got the bike. I am extra carful with my current bike.

The day my motor blows up going over railroad tracks, or God forbid, downshift is the day I leave Harley-Davidson PERMANENTLY.

Yon might wanna pull in the clutch as you cross the tracks.

That crank is all press fit with no welds and jarring the drive train can indeed shift your crank. If I ever have to split my cases for any reason, I will have a welded crank installed. I have already installed the heavier SE Compensator to absorb some of the shock from my crank.

There is a guy that posts over on HTT who goes by 05FLHTC. He is a good friend of mine that I ride with. He has geardrive. He had a close call that involved a panic stop. Right afterwards his motor sounded like a cement mixer. The result of a shifted crank with geardrive. Total bottom end rebuild. Go over there and ask him about it.

The tensioner system allows for more crank shift than geardrive. I believe the cats meow is the new style tensioner conversion for the old style TC88.

There will always be the guys that post how thier geardrive has gone 100k miles with no problem.

Good for them, but I have also seen the dark side to both scenarios.
