Full tank. You never know when the temp. might get into the 40's and you can just jump on and ride.

Full. I used stabilizer 1 time and had problems, never had problems without it.

Storing for less than 6 months, full tank and stabilizer is easy and works.
For more than a year empty tank and fuel system completely, coat insides with fogging oil.
Even if you run it dry there will be small puddles or pockets of fuel in the system. These will evaporate and turn to varnish sooner than a large volume of fuel.
