Stop trying to be a people pleaser and do what the frig you want , live your own life and not for anybody else, everybody has their own version of what's cool or not anyway , sometimes i had a plastic bag hanging from my handlebars or inside my jacket if at last minute i had to stop at the Harley store..

i go back and forth... have a rack and all that, but sometimes it is just easier to grab the backpack and go!
my buddy Dirty, does flip me some $hit about it though.
I stopped worrying about what people think back in the 60s when I go my first bike. I ride with a backpack, hang stuff on my bars, whatever I have to do. Just go with whatever feels good.
Who cares what anyone else thinks. It's what you think. If you a have to carry stuff and only have a back pack do it up. Personally, I have a pink hello kitty backpack. I think it makes me look even cooler.

i dont think harleys and backpacks go together. id never wear one, but that shoudnt stop you from doing whatever it is you like.
maybe if i was going to school. naaaah!
i would get saddle bags, or a different bike.
