ACC doesn't make their DOT half helmet any bigger than XL which was way too small for me. I ended up getting a Seer helmet and I couldn't be happier. Had ACC had a helmet to fit me I probably would have never found Seer.

I've had the Headtrip for a few months now. I'm very pleased with the product and the folks who run the operation. We rode out to their shop to pick out the helmets and what a great bunch of folks! And as previously stated "no shroomage."

Have to say the Headtrip here! Finally got mine after 3 month backorder and am in love with it. Dont even bother with the non -DOT Daytona anymore. I did try the HD carbon in the store and did not care for the "shroomage" that it providede me with. Headtrip does have some, but not nearly as bads with my medium head.

As I have stated here before,Head Trip is the most comfortable helmet I
have ever worn . Their customer service is the best. If I ever need another
helmet they are the only ones I'll call.

I have this one.

Men's Carbon Kevlar® Bernie Half Helmet

Lightweight Carbon Kevlar® shell. Double D-ring chin strap. Removable, washable CoolMax® moisture wicking liner. Removable visor. Replacement visor available. Bar & Shield logo on front. Helmet bag included. Meets DOT requirements. HJC, 1 lb. 12 oz.

For a helmet to be effective, it must fit properly. Harley-Davidson strongly recommends that you visit your H-D dealer to try on helmets to determine the proper size and fitment.

It is the best fitting and most comfortable helmet I have ever worn.

I have the ACC helmet and it fits great so I ordered my wife one and we could not get it to fit her. I was dreading calling up ACC for a return but they said no problem just mail it back now thats good service. I said this to say ACC may not be for everyone but since they have a no questions asked return they are worth a try.

Head Tripp by far!! You can also get their beany cap...shell is same just not as much padding. Also Head Tripp gives you 3 foam liners with each helmet.
