Just turned over 27,000 on my 07 wg. Still runs like new. My biggest problem is keeping the gloss black paint looking good. I've pretty much given up. Mechanically it's been great though.

I have 35,000 on my 06 Road Glide. No problems yet, I was more worried about the cam chain adjuster. i do have a extended warrranty though so I'm not to concerned.

For me it has always been when the motor becomes a leaker,or mostly when it starts the little puffs out the exhaust.By then the cylinders are ready for some TLC.Never a milage thing.

Between the leaky valve seals, the inner cam bearing, and the time-bomb cam chain tensioners, I'm going to a gear-driven 103 next week.

I would really like to chat with the one guy who had over 150,000. I got some questions about, oil and maintenance.

I have just over 100K on my 99 Heritage EVO. I have had no issues with it at all. I use Dino oil and change it every 3500 miles. I may rebuild the top end soon just to check on things.

As For Keeping The Black Engine Looking Good Use S-100 Engine Brite It Works Great. I Have A Freind That Has 105,000 Miles On His 2004 Road King, He Has The Cam Chain Tensioners Replaced Every 30,000 Miles But This Last Time He Had Scremin Eagle Hydro Upgrade Done, Should Be Able To Go Longer Before Checking The Cam Case. Kit Includes Better Oil Pump, Billit Cam Plate With Hydro Tensioners And Better Primary Drive Chain With Gears.
