Not photoshopped I saw him at the FORR Homecoming in 2003 at Bagnell Dam at the Lake of the Ozarks.

He is from Missouri, but I don't think it's KC. I'm from the KC area and I would think I'd see him more often. I talked to him at the homecoming run and he said he had ridden it there from a couple hours away. He thought it was comfy, the Mufflers were almost as high as the bars.
