So I came across MARKED on the history channel is it telling about MC tattooes looks interesting so I'm giving it a watch.

Wondering what Clubs actually gave interview to explain there MC tattooes.

It was a pretty interesting show. I missed part of it but it's being run again tonight at 2200 so I'll watch it again.

I've never heard of a law agency stating that motorcycle clubs are misunderstood good bunch of guys. I think the overall view from the LEOs is that a 1% Motorcycle club are gangs.

How about the part that the courts decided the Mongols patch was a gang sign and the LEO's could confiscate their jackets/vests on sight. Don't know if it's true, but sounds ridiculous to me.

It's true. The feds used the RICO act against them and was very successful their prosecution.

It is true and could eventually be a threat even to you guys wearing Lone Wolf and HOG patches if the Government wants to push it! It could easily get all of us wearing a 3 Patch!

The U.S. Attorney was able to get an order seizing the patch and the mongol name.
