Default Anyone ever hear of "Legacy" Motorcycles?

I saw this bke in upstate New York last week in the Albany area. It came in with a group but I never had a chance to talk with the rider. I've never heard of this brand but it says "water cooled" on it too. Anyone know anything about these bikes?

Weird, no shifter or brake levers at the feet??? WTF!

It looks like it's automatic. Also look at both hand levers, they look like brake levers.
