Default Poll is now closed. TF WINS.The official SoCal meet and greet location poll...

Tom's Farm wins by a hair..Here is what we are going to do. Once meet and greet at Tom's Farm, one at Sagebrush. Vote for dates here. http://hdforums.com/forum/general-harley-davidson-chat/368943-the-official-date-for-socal-meets-thread.htmlNow...to decide on when for each one.
Okay guys and gals, here we go. Vote now. The poll will close next Tuesday morning. The three choices I have decided for us to vote on are...(drum roll please)
1. SageBrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA
2. Tom's Farm in Corona, CA
3. Wrightwood, CA (location TBD if this choice is chosen)

SageBrush is a well know biker restaurant and bar in Calabasas. I have been many times and there is always a lively crown on a Sunday morning/afternoon and plenty of food and drink to go around, along with a live band and eye candy for days. They have a $5 cover charge for the patio where we would have out get together and $1 bike parking fee. The bike parking area is patrolled by security all day and into the night for those who are concerned about security.

Tom's Farm in Corona is a well knwon palce for bikers to gather and offers a variey of food choices as well as live music on Sunday's. It is off the 15 freeway at Temescal Cyn Rd. I have been several times in the past. All I know about riding in OC is Ortega Hwy and Cooks Corner so if some locals could enlighten us some more on the options here that would be great.

Wrightwood is at the end of Angeles Crest highway and home to Mtn. High Ski resort in mountains. It is a quaint town with small town atmosphere. When I go to Wrightwood I usually eat a a small pizza joint/bar in town. I am not sure how well they would be able to accommodate us but I am sure we can fidn somewhere if this site is chosen. The mani benefit to Wrightwood is the ride up Angeles Crest Hwy to get there. If we were to meet here I would suggest a morning ride through Angeles Crest and Angeles Forest Highways ending in Wrightwood.

You know me Anubisss, not a big mountain road guy. I voted for Sagebrush.

How long will the poll be active, and do you plan on having a poll for weekend dates?

I will have a poll for dates as well. How long do you think I should leave it open for Paniolo?

I haven't been to any of them but Sagebrush sounds like fun. It would be nice to meet some of you from the forum.

I live in Mission Viejo, about 5 miles from Cooks Corner. It's a few miles up El Toro road just after the 5 and 405 freeways meet. Lots of bikers on the weekends. It's as close as you get to rural in OC. Depends on the weekend what they've got going on.

If you come over Ortega from inland it's a twisty ride and the guys on the sport bikes take it like it's a race course. A fun ride (also known as the most dangerous road in America).
