I'm not tall enough to need to move the boards forward too. But thanks for the suggestion.

Apparently he is. He's trying to get you back to the softail section. Dude, is your bike fixed yet? Are feeling human again? You are a softail section legend after all Chris.

I stop in occasionally in the Softail section just to see whats going on. The bike isn't fixed yet, but I'm getting it back soon. I actually just started a thread on that. It should be done on the 6th or 7th. $6400 in damage and its been 2 months now so I'm anxious to ride. I'm feeling good. The first week home from the hospital was a little tough as I had no energy. After that week though all was pretty good. Ive got another CAT scan on Friday because the one 6 weeks after the accident said I still was injured so they told me another 6 weeks to heal up.

Glad to hear you are doing better. Hope the next cat scan comes out well. See you on the road next time.

This is from Harley Goodies website:

"NO MORE FIGHTING TO KEEP YOUR FEET ON THE BOARDS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS"

How do floorboard extenders help in that respect?

By moving the boards out the feet fall more naturally on the boards.

Looks real comfortable but would be giving up too much lean angle for the way I ride.

I just got mine in the mail today. Kept trying to win them, no luck. Will be putting them on the bike tonight. I was tired of melting my boot heel.
Thanks for the pics

Just know that the stock bolt that holds the floor boards to the bike will now hold the HG brackets to the floorboards and his supplied bolts hold the boards to the bike now. I was quite unclear on this even with his detailed directions with pictures. Guess I might just not be good at reading directions and applying.
