Nice tool kit at a good price, but I would pay the extra ten bucks just to not have to go to the store and fight the insane crowds on black Friday.

Thanks Schumacher, I really needed to have a good laugh! I also had issues with Sears this year. Returned tree trimmer for reasons similar to the jack. Sears discontinued trimmer, no parts and no refund. See ya Sears. Just lost another Customer!

I read them. Geez, they should say what they really mean, yikes. I heard repeated words like "junk" "can you say boat anchor" "don't waste your money" "disapointed"

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that has trouble with Sears. Sears was my first credit card and my garage is literally filled with Craftsman tools. I tried to get an air wrench fixed or replaced that went south on me 2 years ago and the manager drone in the tool dept said "no dice". After jumping thru hoops and trying to work through their customer service dept which had reps lie to me repeatedly, I finally gave up, cancelled my card and have only been in the store twice in the past 2 years since they are the only ones that carry bags for the Kenmore vacuum I bought from them.

OK, my Sears rant is over and those are some REALLY funny reviews on that jack!

I don't want to do the "Black Friday" thing either, so I bought it while I was there yesterday, and will return Monday for a "price adjustment". Clerks idea.
