Not only possible but you are 100% correct. It was simply nice to have someone explain to me why it sounds like it does so as a first time owner I understand.

Seems to me there are a huge number of really "YOUNG" service techs at most H-D dealerships these days. I don't think that helps the quality of these dealerships all that much.

I had a good friend that has owned several Harley's make that exact comment today.

I have found that the service department at my dealer is very helpful and courteous. The only problem is that it is three to four days for anything.

Always remember, don't blame poor service on the brand.....What you just experienced goes on everywhere. Crack open a cold one and enjoy the scenery!

anytime my father and i go to the dealer to bring a bike in, we tell them we only want a certain guy to work on it (we knew him before he worked for harley because he owned a indy shop and worked on another bike) so we know the guy knows his stuff
