... but unfortunately I haven't found any Wild Hogs patches for sale yet. (Make no mistake, I'd buy one in a hearbeat, too!)
Seriously, I am to the point that I don't think I would mind having a denim vest with some sort of patch on the back indicating where I'm from/etc. Saw one the other day on a rider and it looked pretty neat. Also, it could be interesting to put any tidbits and other nic nacs on it that one picks up on their journeys: Memories. Sort of like a wearable history thing?
Do you wear a jacket or vest w/stuff on it? If so, why?

I have a patch vest. I wear it mainly when it's a bit cool, but not enough for a jacket to keep me a bit warmer. It has some patches on it, stuff I've accomplished and other stuff I just like.

My vest doesn't have patches but it's embossed in the back. It's the eagle with Harley Davison at the bottom. There's no color on it, just the raised pattern pressed into the leather but you can see it just fine.
On the left front it has the Harley shield embossed on it, about 2" square. That's it, all black.
I wear a leather vest mainly to have more pockets for stuff and the bugs wipe off easier. Has some patches here and there and a bunch of pins on the front from places (not always on the bike) I've been.
