im semi interested. when i saw "large" i kinda turned away. but 52inch chest? thats like a xxl under normal circumstances...(what i normally wear). im 6'1' 275 is that closeto your size?

I am much smaller than you at 5'8, but this vest is really big on me...really big. I bought it more as an overcoat anticipating wearing many layers underneath. After using it I realized that I bought the vest way too big for what I was thinking and need a much smaller vest like the Harley Small size. I expect this one would fit you readily. I think the Harley sizing is done with the Harleyrider in mind. Offers a little growing room so to speak.

went up to hd and tried on some stuff. a large fit like a large should, although the size chart says it shouldn't i dunno. the xl gloves are definitely my size. would you consider selling just the gloves, and if so, what would you take for them and all hardware to hook them up to the battery??

I am willing to break up the lot:
Heated Vest: $100
Heated Gloves with harness: $95
Dual Heat Temperature controller: $50
You can have the whole lot for $230. Shipping will be extra.
The temp controller has it's own wiring harness to the battery which served to power the vest and the gloves. However I havean extra harnesses for the vest andan extra one for the glovesso each item can be used with out the dual temperature controller.Note thatthey will be constant high heat without the variable temp of the controller though.

The vest comes with its own wiring harness to the battery. The dual heat controller is $50 and comes with its own wiring harness to the battery as well.
So to answer your question, The vest with dual heat controller would be $150.
