That is an awsome deal! If my head was bigger I'd buy it. I have had my St-Cruz for years and it is hands down the most comfortable helmet I have ever worn. Good luck...someones gonna get a bargain.

If you don't have any luck here give eBay a try. They are pretty pricey on there so you should be able to get $80 easy if not more.
