Maybe if your shipping wasn't so high you would have better luck? Thats the first thing I look at.. Just trying to help you!

Right on man.. But I really haven't been making much on shipping. I shipped a 12x12 box with usps and it cost me 23 dollars. Shipping is expensive and I would rather it not sell than lose more money on shipping.

Also I ship alot with UPS and as of Jan. 1st all the rates went up 4.3%. I am really not rapping with what my shipping is set at. Have a 1.50 handling charge and the rest is just calculated. I weigh and measure the box it is going to be shipped in then ebay calculates the rest.

I did adjust my shipping on a couple of items. Seems a few where set a bit high. I use a template and probably forgot to change the weight or something. I will be more careful from now on. It can get a little bit fuzzy as I tend to do the ebay auctions at night right up till I cant stay awake on sundays. I spend my days playing with the kids and just do this to get some toys for the bike.

I learned real fast ,its a lot cheaper shipping through the PO and they will supply the boxes,UPS has nothing when it comes to shipping.Check out the PO.You won't go back to UPS.my 02cents

Not true man. I ship with both and yes the flat rate boxes are nice but not everything fits in those. Ups is alot cheaper for larger packages and odd sized packages. I shipped a 2lb 6x6x6 box to KY from MO and it cost 12 dollars and change?? WTF am I doing wrong?? Seems so dam expensive and have people bitching about shipping but what do I do to ship cheaper? Any ideas? I have found UPS and USPS to be about the same unless using flat rate boxes. But most of the stuff I sell just doesnt fit in them. And if I just use the larger flat rate box then shipping is dam near 16 bucks no matter the weight.[&:]

Well I just went to USPS.com and didnt realize you could get other boxes beside flat rate boxes. So I ordered a bunch. Do you get any cost breaks for using thier standard boxes?

Where will that "serving tray" look good on my HD??
