Can't see uploaded pics

I can't see uploaded pics. I can see pics in the avatar and signature but not imbedded or uploaded pics. All I see is the code:

What am I missing?

You may be reading an old thread where the link does not work anymore. I checked your account and logged on as you and could not see a problem.
