Okay. I have the manual for my bike as well. Interesting to see the differences 2001 vs 2006 Dyna.

I will get in this evening and check for sumping and start tearing it down and check the cam timing again, I guess. I have about decied to take it to the local indy and let them do it.

Question for those that know; would the cams being out of alignment cause the strange exhaust note and apparent sumping I have? I can understand the exhaust note changing with cam timing changes, seems obvious. Why would there be such a sudden and drastic change at high RPM, or is that a sumping issue, possibly?

We are having really nice weather I sure hate not being able to ride right now.
