I too plan on being a customer at Hillside Cycle. So far, Scott has answered all of my emails at 6 in the morning with straightforward answers and advise. Now I just have to tell the wife about my future upgrade.

The best thing about Scott is he cares about bikes older than a 2008(which is kinda odd here) if he was closer to Nebraska I would be there in a second. he is still helping me build my bike though. Easily the most down to earth builder I have read about.
