Default Oil leak?

Lately I've noticed around around a few of the valve cover bolts on the rear cylinder that it looks like maybe there is a bit of oil leaking out. 3 of the 6 bolt heads have a bit of what I figure to be oil sludge built up on them, and the cover looks a bit wet around the bolts. It's harder to tell because of the black motor I guess compared to chrome.

I don't really notice any major oil loss during riding just thought maybe I could deal with it if it is an oil leak. Is this common and could I fix it myself? Thanks

Mike
