Default CV Carb Settings and Jetting for New Air Intake???

I took off the stock sportster air filter and replaced it with a 2.5" Velocity Stacker will this effect the way the bike runs? And if so what adjustments will I need to make?

The bike will be getting more air but normally rejetting isn't necessary if you only change the air intake. Best way to tell is to just ride the bike, see how it runs and check your plugs.
