Check out Brasshole on this forum. He's a buddy of mine in the Houston area, his Street Bob is sick and has a ton of brass pieces on it. Hit him up and see where he got his stuff done at.

 

Brass does have a nice contrast to some colors, i have one brass part on my bike. I would think Ebay would be a good place to look. Just make sure you go one direction, powder coated, real brass or what ever so everything matches. Like in the RSD pic above, that looks like powder or anodizing, defenitaly cool but more yellow than brass imho.

 

... but, on the other hand, a couple of the examples on here where there are a few different shades don't look too bad ....
