I've had mine for a few weeks now. Great bags, go on and come off in seconds.

I do have one complaint. Easy Brackets said that the brackets will work with a detachable backrest. Not true as far as I can tell. The brackets mount at different spots than the backrest which causes them not to work together. Anyone had a similar exp or know a fix?
i have the easy brackets on my 09 fatbob with a detachable seat, they line up o.k. and i didnt have to move the turn signals. what doesn't seem to be lining up? the stationary bolts or the pivot bolts for the backrest?

Leather Pro/Boss Bags, nice bags and good looking, had them, sold them, didn't like the fact the Cam Locks get out of Sync over time and the levers ride up, to the point where they will rub a hole in the flap that hides the lock down lever. Eventually riding as high to hit the inside if the lid...You want them to lock downward, not up!. The mounting brackets for the Leather Pros are clean and inconspicuous, don't like the bulk or looseness of the easy brackets, to much rattle for me. Now have the HD Rigid mount.

Man, after 1 year of reading everything I could on saddlebags your the first one I've seen with a negative comment on Leather Pros. So, what you are saying is over time, my Cam levers could stat to work them selves up-words, right? will they unlock the bags from the bike? I don't care about a hole in the flap, that would be easy to fix. I would think if the levers come up and hit the inside of the lid then it seems like the bags could come loose, or even fall off the bike.... Thanks for any advice you might have.
