Default painting or leather wrapping tank console?

Anyone done either?? If so post some pictures.

I have the "distressed brown leather springer seat" and thinking if the center console matched it might look pretty good.

I used leather instead of powder coating or painting the trim on my battery box cover. Give it a shot and post pixs of your tank.

leather wrapping dude said no dice on wrapping the console. Too many curves/angles. Said the glue would end up coming up and looking like crap after a while. So I guess that's out....
