I like the dual headlight myself. I saw the other day someone here posted pic of fat bob with wind screen from National cycle. Deflector screen DX part # N2594B/95B was given. pg 17 of their catalog. not made for fat bob but mounted easily to handlebars with 1.25" hardware. Looked ok as is but I think the area around light could be trimmed a little to fit fat bob lights. Anyone else out there have any experience with this set up?

Put a Road Glide fairing on it ... that way you keep the dual headlight!
