Default is the street bob the "must have" Dyna?

I see alot more of these out now than any other model. They are sick and I almost picked up one myself, but I got a better deal (ironically) on an FXDC. What do you all think?

All the wealthy posers buy the Street Bobs.

Us poor posers buy Super Glides.

It's all so subjective. Personally, I really do NOT like the looks of the Street Bob. My favorite Dyna Glides are the Fat Bob, the Super Glide Custom and the Wide Glide. Other Harleys I like the looks of are the Nightster, the Monster and the Road King.

Street Bobs do sell well, so many must like the look. But it does little for me.

I kind of agree with Robert, yet i still don't understand why you see so many Bobs as opposed to other models...

I own a number of Harley's, but the Dyna series has always been my favorite.

I currently have 3 Dyna's, an old 1981 Shovelhead, a 1996 EVO WideGlide, and a 2003 100th Anniversity TC WideGlide, so I guess you can say I'm partial to the WideGlides... I like the longer wheelbase and the laid back riding position... Very comfortable on those all day cruises.

All the Dyna's are very good bikes though, and you can't go wrong with any of them.

I agree. ABOSLUTELY LOVE the original wide glide and was kinda bummed that when i was in the market for one in '09, they discontinued the line. whenever they brought out the new one, however, i was super glad that i got the Custom. No offense to the new owners of the wide glide, but i think they look bad...jmo.

I bought my 2006 cause it was Cobalt blue, had a 180 already installed, was the right seat height, just a nice looking bike over all.

>is the street bob the "must have" Dyna?

was for me. I couldn't sleep right until I finally found one (used) and bought it. Now I can't sleep because I'm always working out what I want to do to it next! For me right now, I like the nighster, street bob, cross bones, and the street glide.

Love all the Dynas. In the end, I had to have the denim black Street Bob 09 when I saw it.
