Out for a quick one today on the Dyna, added a taller windscreen from Clearview:

I had picked up my 1993 FXRS-SP this weekend. Unfortunately I think I am going to need a new starter or at least relay, having issues. But I'm pretty stoked on this thing..working on it is half the fun.

Keeping both bikes for now. I was thinking of buying a new Road Glide, but instead got the FXR so I would have something to wrench on and be at home with the wife and new baby... Didn't think I was going to be getting a lot of overnight trips on the motorcycle with an infant around. Going on the lift this week for some repair and tasteful performance mods.

Phuuuuuuuuuuuuk, I dunno what to be blown away by more!
That Dyna, owning an FXR and that Dyna, or getting to ride with an infant at home!
But that Dyna, so clean and effective! Phuuuuuuuuuuukk....!

Riding with an infant at home...you're funny....you're funny, man.

Maybe to work and back.

Dang man you're living the dream there. Nice bikes.

The FXR has a built motor that I'm having gone through right now from top to bottom. When I get it home I have a chrome Thunderheader I'm putting on. Adding some risers and drag bars right away as well as a new LePera. Can't decide about the rear suspension but I know I'm going to change it soon.

I'd really like to swap to FXDX fork legs and updated calipers, as well as a new triple tree. If I did that I would consider adding a paint matched t sport fairing. At the least I will update the front suspension with some new springs within the next few months. Probably will powdercoat some stuff.

Trying to keep it pretty clean and simple.

my dyna is long gone but I lurk on this thread a lot missing it. So my road glide is feeling the style as a substitute.

been lurking awhile now. Here is where mine stands now. Not as cool as most of the rides in this thread but I've been loving it.
