My 2008 superglide has stage one download from harley dealer with SE slipon's and SE air breather, if I change the exhaust to Vance and hines do I have to get another download?

yep pretty sure.

although you could always put the exhaust on first and see how it performs before paying the goons to bend you over again

stage one download allows for hi-flo exhaust.. i think youll be fine but personally i would get a power commander

+1 you do not need a new download if you already have the hd download, but you might consider a fuel management system

Mine ran ok with the download,certainly no dammage can come from running it like that,but it really grabbed up some axx when I got the pcV on it.

The only other download that HD has to offer is Stage 2 which is only for large bore swaps. The Stage 1 is all you need as far as HD downloads.

No.

However, my bike vibrated like a bitch with that Stg.1 download. Found this out after I installed my TTS.
