Default 2" tank lift / Night tain bars?

I was thinking of putting night strain bars and 6"risers on my bob. I have a 2"tank lift, so I wondering if I would have clearance issues?

My setup is night train bars 6 inch risers and tank and there is no clearance between cables and filler cap. So I would say no way it can be done.

Also as I'm thinking about it. How is the feel? I'm 6'4" and have the extra 3" forward control extensions on.
