Thanks for the help dudes, but the deal fell through. In fact, the reason I wasn't getting any answers from the owner is that the auction is a fraud.
He will attempt to get you to send a Moneygram to a third party somewhere else in the world on behalf of eBay. Don't do it or kiss your money goodbye! Had a feeling something was rotten in Denmark when he couldn't come up with simple answers.
Maybe someone could go after this jerk, but he keeps deleting his email accounts and becomes a ghost.
