This is the same bar I am putting on my 09 St Bob. It looks really cool on the FatBob Thurman good choice dude.
I went to the dealer and tried to order this for my street bob as well. Dealer told me it would only fir Fat Bob's and Wide Glide's due to the struts. Said it wouldn't fit a street bob.
You may want to double check before you order. If it would work for the street bob, I would order one in a quick second. Cheaper than the Ginz alternative.
sissybar part #51161-10 fits perfectly on the 09 Fatbob. Use the 54097-10 docking hardware but keep in mind I bought it...got home and realized I was 2 long bolts short and had to come up with them. I dont know if the kit was short or the wrong kit...i had already driven home and wasnt going back. I had the bolts so everything worked out.

I really like the look of the sissy bar. I have been looking ALL night for the right one and almost gave up until I saw yours. I have an 09 Fat Bob as well so the information you posted and the pics is a great help and I will be purchasing this item because of your post. Thanks again.

Has anyone had any luck seeing if this bar would fit on something other than a Fat Bob or WG?
This setup is pretty much what I'm looking for or do you guys know of a similar setup that's close to this??
