The front tire on the 2010 Wide Glide is super narrow. It is even skinnier than the Rocker's front tire. Does this tire cause handling problems on the road?

Short answer - no. But it does take a little getting used to. Upgrading to Avon Venom's or Metzeler 880's will make a decent improvement. Heading to/from Sturgis on the SD grooved interstate, my tires would track at 85mph. I could run 82 and not have the problem, but that extra 3 mph made a huge difference. Normal riding it isn't even on my mind as I don't notice anything out of the ordinary.

That was one thing I didn't like about the WG's and the night trains, and those type rides. I really dislike that skinny tire. Probably doesn't make much of a different, but it just doesn't look safe. I dunno...

The main reason why I went with a Wide Glide over a Fatbob...The front tire! I'm used to the skinny tire on the Softails I have had. I've been on some grooved roads and no real issues at all.

The front tire on a 2010 Wide Glide is actually thinner than the front tire on a 2005 Wide Glide and a 2009 Night Train.
No, they are identical. The 2010 Wide Glide tire is 80/90-21. The others you mentioned are MH90-21... same tire size, just a different unit of measurement.
I didn't think there was a handling issue until I switched tires, to Metzelers. Then I realized how crappy the stock dunlops were. Now I can say that there truly is no real handling issues !

Today I was turning and hit one of those wide white stripes in the road for crosswalks and I thought I hit ice... Damn dunlops broke traction. Damn glad that the stripes are not that long!!
The last of the older Wide Glides had bumped the front to a 90/90 which I had put on my 02 WG3 , it certainly helped the handling and didn't change the looks too much.
If you like the '10 you can always go +1 when you change tires.
