I called Exotic Choppers with the intent to spent some serious dough on their "Fuelies" pipes loud or not. I wear hearing aides, and take them out when I ride. I called them to ask if the pipes would block access to the oil cap on my 09' Street Bob. The guy who answered the phone said he was on the other line and took my number and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. I never heard back from him. They lost my business, and will lose theirs, if they continue to operate like this.

that person may have written your number incorrectly,

or, simply forgot to return your call.

It's happened to me, I just call back and ask the question again.

I didn't Literally mean "How".

I just got a kick out of the jump from one extreme to the other. Thanks for the clarification anyhow.

A guy that works at one of my local dealers has pipes shaped like that on his dyna. I believe that sampson makes them in an all chrome version.(similar shape anyways). One thing about the pipes is they do leave a lot to be desired performance wise and with our swingarms, exposed shocks, and battery box shape, don't really have the same look that they give on the softail.

Could be they weren't interested in your business because you inquired about pipes for a dyna. Most custom shops deal only with softails or rigids. I've seen the samson pipe...think it was a 2-1 but it was chrome with a really cool black powdercoated heatshield. Don't remember the name of it though.
