Check the accelerator pump diaphragm. I just had a similar problem on my 2000 LR. It took the dealership 4 hours to figure out what the problem was. A week + later, a 2001 Dyna came in w/ the same problem, he only had to pay a 1/2 hour worth of labor. Just my luck!
