Default 05 WG starting to run rough and miss...

Did LOTS of thread searching trying to find some clues as to what's going on here but need opinions.
Bike is an 05 fuel injected model and only has 2600 miles on it. Has Pythons pipes from when it was bought new from dealer. I bought it 2 months ago with 2000 miles and it was running great for about 400 miles. Lately I noticed at 25-30 mph it would get an occasional miss or sneeze if held at a constant speed. 62-65 mph it would miss now and then when holding at a steady speed too. Get on the gas and it smoothed out. The last 2 days has been terrible. Missing often no matter what speeds even up to 85.
Thought about the in tank fuel line problem some were having at half tank or less but still did it on a full tank.
Checked plugs and both were slightly white with no carbon.

Looking for more options to check.

Thanks

Bryan does it have a fuel management device installed. If so you might want to try downloading a new map.

Must be something in the air. Mine started that a week or so ago... It skips a beat and I can hear it through the air cleaner. I'm only at idle/slow rpm/speeds. Anything in 4th/5th gear is fine. For now... I haven't had the time to look into it.

Have you checked the spark plugs? i understand that the bike has low miles but it is still a few years old...or maybe a bad tank of gas pluged the filter up?

No fuel management ...yet
Pulled the plugs last night. They look great.
2 different tanks of gas from different stations and always run premium.

I was thinking filter maybe. The Clymer manual I have sucks as far as any fuel injection info goes. Where might the filter be?

Mine started like that too. Only noticed it at low speeds

I saw something about a fuel injector recall. I searched but could find out for sure. Where might the recall info be?

Plugs, Wires and conectors, tighten all exhaust and intake bolts {LEAK}
A while back I heard that HD used Narrow injectors, they changed to wide injectors on a re-call . Not sure of the year.
But dirty injectors sound like yours

Drain the fuel, put some fresh fuel in along with 5 or 6 ounces of SeaFoam.
Go out and ride the beast, see if things improve.
