So according to this, my '99 FXDX should require no mods to run a 150 other than checking the clearance of the inner fender bolts?? No silly wide tire kits or anything? I'm wanting to convert to an 18" rear wheel, but don't really care to go any bigger than a 150. (It's kinda tough to find 130's for an 18.)

I run a metzler 880 150 on my 01 fxd no probs - I think the metz 150 is little skinnier than the avon - skinnier that the dunlop 401 for sure.
You have to go to a shop or website to get the actual installed size.
Here's a pic of the 150 on my bike it looks skinny to me.

See, and I think it looks good. I can't stand fat tires. I dig skinny bikes and chops. I considered just running a 130 on the 18, but thought just a little wider might flow better. Considering a 150 is damn near 6" wide, it's not really skinny by any means. A 130 is 5.10", which is still wider than a lot of vintage 18" tires. Like these "vintage" Firestones, 4.50-18 is as wide as you can get them:
A better shot:

It's not really welcome here, it's a little Jap chop. An SR500 that popped up when I did a google image search for "450-18 rear tire". (I agree though, it is a cool little scoot.)

I have a '97 FDXWG and ran a 150 on the stock rear wheel (16" x 3.5")...only change I did was a narrower belt. Stock I believe is 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" and went to a 1 1/8" belt. I don't remember if I did anything special inside the fender.
