Exile pipes are only for softails.. I do like the bar setup it pretty comfy for me the drag bars... I may do apes but like I said I am just not sure since I really like the drag setup.

I like the exile look but you need no chrome everything needs to be scotch brited in my opinion for it to look good..

I am just wondring if I should leabe the wheels alone and just add whitewalls or have them Powdered Black with a polished lip with the whitewalls?? Also need to decide chrome pipes or black pipes..

if you keep the drags , black out wheels completely. black pipes as well.. Still wrap the pipes though. to me you loose the old school look with the dual headlights and drag bars.
I think the whitewalls will be cool with the blacked out look of the wheels and pipes.
someone posted a picture of a bob with the wheels fully black and it looks sweet!

I may just go all out blacked out, and skip on the whitewalls and go a whole different direction.. What o you think going for a more hot rod blacked out look powder coat the wheels, trees, headlight, struts, rockers.. And do black pipes aswell.. What do you think?

Dude...start with something. Let it evolve. You can ask and ask for days-no wait, that's what you've been doing. Start, let it evolve...But my God man, start.

Ok, lemme take another tact on it. It'll prolly be hard to do all in 1 shot. And half the fun, is your work in progress. Since it's not your first build, you already know this, man. As for your latest hypothesis

...wait till RhinoWErx's bike is done in a week or so, and you'll have the answer to that query.

I hear but my deal is I am trading a truck for parts.. Meaning I kind of just want to figure something out since I am trading this shop owner my old truck for some parts I dont mind doing the work but he will give me some parts like pipes, PC III, air cleaner and also if I am gonna powder coat stuff he will pick up the bill on that too you know what I am saying...So yes it is cool to go step by step I have done it with my old Chopper build but since this trade needs to happen like next week I am just trying to figure out which way to go so I dont waste any trade on something I didnt really like..

My old chop.......
