My 07 dyna low stops all vibration @ about 4000 rpm is this normal or should it be lower RPM
So, are you saying the engine stops at 4K? That's the only time a Dyna ever stops vibrating.
Vibration issues are very hard to talk about because everyone has a different level of vibration that bothers them. I might think your bike is smooth. You might think mine is 'way too buzzy. Add to that the fact that every Dyna seems to have its own vibration characteristics and it becomes something you can't get blind advice on.
I'd say this in general: I personally have never ridden a Dyna that I considered excessively buzzy. My own bike gives a lot of vibration at idle and around 3K (I kind of like it in a pervy way) Other than that I find it smooth enough. Never so smooth I can read a license plate in the rearview mirrors, but smooth enough.
what I'm saying is it smoothes out perfectly 4k and over.It has a nice "buzz" all the way through.I find it a little excessive around 1900-2300rpm(the passenger really gets it)maybe I'm revving to low?
What rpm do you run at?
thanks al

well be glad the engine is not hard mounted to your frame. My bike has vibrations in certain rpms as well. better to just run the bike a gear lower and not lope along like your driving a v8 car.
cool! I guess it sux I have a carb...my vibration occurs when I am just off idle. when I have the bike in neutral and I give a tiny bit of throttle I get the vibration. (also occurs with the throttle in same position while riding)
