SERT is definatly the way to go IMO. If you have the stage 1 d/l, and slip ons, and are waiting to afford the SERT like me....I highly sugest not using the SE A/C. Use the stock one until then. The DL is for high flow ac, and restrictive exhaust. Using the less restrictive exhaust but the stock choker AC will keep you in a tolerable AF range.

Cobra.....did you already get the new injectors? If so did you notice any differance????

I might have mentioned it before but it was totally unexpected for me to get the injectors this soon. I was a big proponent of waiting. However, I had to take my bike in to get a clutch cable installed and just happened to bring up the whole injector thing. Next thing I know they said they'd order and install them. So I didn't look a gift horse in the mouth and said ok.

They had to order the injectors and at this point I'm still waiting on them. They don't expect them until the end of this week or beginning of the next and they're just keeping my bike there until it's finished. So no, I don't have them yet but will within the next 1-2 weeks at most I would hope.

I'm not even sure I'll notice any difference once they're installed because I wasn't having any issues whatsoever beforehand. I'm just pumped up about getting this SERT and there already being a part for part match calibration that will work for me. After loading the calibration I can probably play from there with the mixture.

I have an '06 street bob with the seII exhaust and stage I a/c. I just had my stage I download done on 4/1/06. The p/n on the invoice is: 34361-06/DT. The description is: 1450 ST1 DYNA 25 DEG Digital T. Has anyone had any experience with this download? It seems to run fine with an occasional pop on decel.

PowerCobra: You make a good point! Thanks!!! That is why everybody should get a SERT if they are doing exhaust/AC mods. Then they should get the bike tuned on a Dyno with a tech who is up to date on how to tune a closed loop system. Then all will be fine.

By the way, to update my post I did not get the 25's nor will I. My 8's are more than fine and my SERT and datalogging proves it out. They are more than adequate to handle the power of the Stage 1.

I was lucky to have no problems in the first place so it was doubtful that 25's would do anything for me unless the 8's were not capable of supporting a Stage 1 at full throttle 6186rpm and 103mph. Well today put that to rest as my 8's handled both of those conditions with ease.
