I have a 99 fxdx when riding there a substance that leaks out of the cleaner not sure if its gas or what i just bought the bike it has vance hines pipes and a k&n air filteris this just a by product of rejeting do i need to resize the jets or what PLEASE ADVISE i cant wipe up the mess any longer

It is common for small amounts of oil to leak out of the air cleaner in Harley's. I believe it is called blowby or something like that. You could always wipe some of it up with your finger and smell it too.
Take off the air cleaner cover. You should see two breather hoses that direct oil mist from the rocker boxes to the intake. If the hoses are cracked or broken, oil can drip down on the engine rather than getting sucked into the intake. About $2.00 apiece to replace the hoses.
