Mud, I used something similar from below for the 2 into 1 exhaust.....These are map settings that were sent to me from another forum member. He saidthat he sent them to several other members that had good results with 8* & 25* injectors and aftermarket or Screamin Eagle exhaust systems. You can put these figures into Cal #59 -- 141NX104-A0.MT6. If anyone trys these out, try out both VE settings that I listed below (richer & Leaner).
Thanx for the reply Formula.

The map I have been running for quite awhile is a modified 141NX002-AO.MT6 (the "other" map you mention).

All of the #s you qoute to plug into the NX104 map
are identical in every single parameter to what is plugged into
my modified NX002 map.

Obviously you can insert these #s into any of the "canned" maps.

I hope that makes sense.

Bottom line, the numbers -

richen the machine = cooler

enliven response considerably
(throughout the entire rpm range).

That's my take on it.

First time I tried the map, a year or so ago,
I hit the rev limiter in first gearso fast I didn't know what happened.

My first thought, after the first ride with this map,
Was, this thing scoots like a cat with it's tail on fire.

I don't think it would do you any good, these maps are for 2006 Dyna's with the 88 cubic inch and you have a the 2007 96 cubic inch. With the longer stroke I think the VE & the Timing tables would be much different then what you need. Check over on the other forum (v-twin) in the EFI section, there are a lot of maps posted for tho 07's. http://www.v-twinforum.com/forums/fo...8935&f=109

I put all the numbers into the Cal #59 -- 141NX104-A0.MT6 map because I have the 25* injectors and I'm still under warranty, just figured if I brought it in for warranty work and they started nit picking the bike they wouldn't be able to say I installed the wrong map. When I first used one of these maps the thing i noticed was how much smoother it idled
and it ismuch smoother all the way through the RPM range.

Before It ran pretty rough from 2500 to 2800 RPM, now that is the sweet spot.

Also like you said, it does run cooler.

.........................................
By the way I got these maps from"JamieWG"
another member that is an asset to these forums,
and is a goodexample of what the forums are all about...

Members helping members.........
Agreed. Members helping members and communicating
is a huge bonus. Thank you world wide web.

The new mapping is a world of difference from the
off the floor delivery performance (or lack thereof).

Smooth, strong, cool.

Will be attempting the download tomorrow,,,,,,,,,,,,,, will I be able to save the original settings that the dealer put in........went to my disk and downloaded to my computer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my sert disk has the factory loads, but nothing from the dealer when they did work on my bike,,,This is a mystery?? My guess is they used other sources of downloads,,,,,,,, and didnt save them to my tuner .WTF. My ride had popping issues in July, went back to the dealer, problem fixed, no popping, but something is off, some girgling,,,, a change in torque ??

Listening to the bike,,,, and learning, so I have no valid complaints today, HOPE the bike left the dealer stealer the way it should run,,,,,,,,,,,,

Comments??

You will not be able to keep the settings that are in there now. It writes over them.

What are you running for the air cleaner and pipes? You should be able to find a map that is close to your setup. Also once you get it dyno'ed you will recieve the file that they used and then you cna tweek it mroe if you want.
